We believe everyone deserves to be the best version of themselves. At Shift Fitness we don't just give you a workout and make you sweat. We also educate and empower our clients. You may be with a trainer 1 - 4 hours a month, but you are with yourself the rest of the time. We make sure you understand the how and why behind each exercise, so you can feel confident the rest of the days of the month.

Our Story
After back surgery, Kimberley rediscovered a passion for being active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle and became motivated to help others stay active and healthy. She quit her job of 11 years as a make-up artist and went back to school to become a Personal Trainer. Kimberley enjoys anything that gets her moving; hiking, yoga, Pilates, biking, weight training, sailing, group fitness etc. She especially enjoys being active with her husband and their son and hopes her passion for staying active will rub off on him.
Meet the Team
I am a one woman show, but that doesn't mean I don't have a team behind me. My husband Richard and our son keep me inspired and support me everyday. Aside from them, my team is my community and my clients. Together we achieve amazing things.
